Through the physical and subtle practices of Yoga, chitta suddhi (the Yogic path of self-inquiry) and greenspirit practices, I mentor others in remembering their innate goodness. In this remembering there is freedom of the self, realization of purpose and conscious interaction with all of life.
I have had joys and challenges, as we all do, and I have come to know myself in peaceful strength while recognizing that I am a part of it all. For me, amidst anything else I experience, the teachings of Yoga and Mother Nature hold the truth of unity. Not sameness, because everyone is so beautifully unique while a needed part of the whole.
I love being a part of it all and being here with you. From what I’ve learned through these teachers of Yoga and Mother Nature, who share so generously, I pass along with the highest intentions.
